Do I need insurance to qualify for free medical services?
No, we do not require proof of insurance for medical services or support services at Hope Women's Centers. All of our services are confidential and are offered at no cost to you.
Is everything I share private and confidential?
We respect our patients' confidentiality to the fullest extent of the law. If you are a minor, you do not have to have a parent present at your appointment. You matter. Your privacy matters.
If I'm in my first trimester, is a medical abortion an option?
The abortion pill is FDA-approved up through 10 weeks after your last menstrual period. It is not an option with certain medical conditions or an ectopic pregnancy.
Is abortion still legal in Florida?
Abortion is legal up through 6 weeks of pregnancy. Abortion methods are determined by how far along you are and the type of pregnancy. Book an ultrasound with Hope to confirm.
Do I have to make an appointment online?
If you need pregnancy confirmation, including a free ultrasound, you will need to make an appointment.
Walk-ins are welcome but are not guaranteed an appointment.
